Environmental, Social & Governance

Reducing our environmental footprint is a shared responsibility. We focus on climate, energy, emissions, waste management and circularity, supported by our ISO 14001 environmental management framework.

Key actions include improving energy efficiency, electrifying our vehicle fleet, producing renewable energy, reducing waste streams and applying circular principles in product design, such as the recovery and reuse of aeration mats. We measure our carbon footprint (Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant upstream Scope 3 emissions) as a basis for future reduction initiatives.

Our people make the difference. We are committed to the wellbeing, safety and development of our employees, while acting responsibly towards customers and communities.

Our social approach focuses on creating workable jobs, fostering diversity and inclusion, supporting lifelong learning and ensuring a safe and respectful working environment. We actively invest in physical and mental wellbeing and provide opportunities for people with a distance to the labour market.

Strong governance is essential for sustainable growth. We operate with transparency, integrity and accountability, in line with applicable laws and regulations.

Our governance approach includes a clear Code of Conduct, a whistleblower policy, data protection and cybersecurity measures, and responsible purchasing practices. We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold the same ethical and environmental standards.

Initiatives
