The project
With the continued growth of renewable energy, the need for flexibility within the electricity market is increasing significantly. At the same time, the demand for a stable and efficient electricity grid is becoming more important. To strategically respond to these challenges, Grensland Power opted for the realization of a stand-alone battery project.
Trevion was responsible for the full development, construction, and commissioning of the installation. The project was successfully delivered and brought into operation as a concrete step towards increased flexibility within the energy system.
